At HVACBulbs.com, we do everything we can to deliver industry‑leading UV‑C products and first‑class support. If a component ever falls short of expectations, we’ll make it right—quickly and fairly. Should you need to file a claim, just follow the simple steps outlined below and our team will arrange a prompt replacement or repair.
To be eligible for replacement, products must be purchased directly from HVACBulbs.com. Products purchased through a non-authorized third party reseller such as Amazon, eBay, Bonanza, AliExpress or any other eCommerce site are not covered by any HVACBulbs warranty.
We recommend any installation, maintenance, servicing or parts replacement be performed by an authorized, licensed HVAC professional.
Not covered: glass breakage, physical damage, misuse, electrical surges, water incursion, or lamps run beyond their rated hours. Liability is limited to replacement of the product; labor and incidental costs are not included. Full terms are available on our Warranty page.
