What it does

The Blade floods the supply air-stream with millions of balanced positive and negative ions. These ions attach to fine dust, pollen, and mold spores, causing the particles to agglomerate into larger, heavier clusters. Larger particles are either captured by the existing filter or settle out of the breathing zone—cutting visible dust, easing allergy complaints, and boosting overall filter efficiency.

The Blade is the only residential ionizer designed from the ground up with full Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulations—the same tool-set used in the Aerospace Industry. This virtual wind‑tunnel work delivers two crucial advantages:

1. Zero pressure drop: its low‑profile turbine “blade” body slices into the duct without interrupting airflow, so your system’s static pressure and energy use stay unchanged.
2. Maximum ion dispersion: electrode geometry and placement were optimized in CFD to send ions evenly across the duct cross‑section for consistent particle agglomeration in every room.
